One of the best Bluetooth speakers is about to get even better by becoming more designed to your taste. Earlier today, the folks over at Ultimate Ears announced UE Studio for the UE Boom 3.
The UE Studio will allow customers to create their own Boom 3 speaker experience. You’ll be able to choose everything from the colors of the fabric. end caps, volume buttons, spine, fabric loop, and more. Or you can completely randomize the color options by hitting ‘I’m Feeling Lucky’ button as then customize to your liking.
The customized speakers will cost $180 instead of the $150 for a standard Boom 3. It will take up to 3-4 weeks to ship after choosing your color options. So right now, the UE Studio only works w/ the Boom 3 but we can hope that it will open up to the UE Blast/MegaBlast, MegaBoom 3, and more in the near future.
