Looks like the beef between Amazon & Google is finally over.  Yesterday, the 2 companies announced that they’re working together to offer their streaming services to one another.

So this means YouTube will return to the Fire TV natively.  So no more workarounds for the official YouTube app.  You just need to have a 2nd-gen Fire TV Stick, Fire TV 4K, Fire TV Cube, or a Fire TV Edition Smart TV.  This also brings Google’s Cast button to Amazon Prime Video app.  So this will allow you to Cast content via Chromecast or devices w/ Casting abilities.

What’s even better?  You won’t have to wait to take advantage of it as everything went live yesterday.  So you can get started right away.
