Microsoft let loose on  their new line of Surface products for 2020.  First up is the new Surface Go 2This gives you a more portable version of the Surface w/ a larger 10.5inch display w/ 1920 x 1280 resolution, 8th-gen Core M CPUs, up to 8GB of RAM. up to 128GB SSD, 5MP selfie cam + 8MP rear cam – both capable of 1080p video, a 10-hour battery life, 1 USB-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, and optional LTE support. The new Go 2 will be available on May 12th starting at $400. 

Next up, we got their new flagship machine: the new Surface Book 3This now comes in 2 options of a 13.5inch (3000 x 2000) or a 15inch (3240 x 2160) display size.  The 13.5inch has up to a 15-hour battery life while the 15inch has up to a 17-hour battery life.  The storage for the 13.5inch goes up to 1TB SSD while the 15inch has up to 2TB SSD.  

Both offer up to Core i7 CPU w/ NVIDIA GPU options, 32GB of RAM, a 5MP selfie cam + 8MP rear-facing cam – both capable of 1080p video, dual far-field studio mics, front-facing stereo speakers w/ Dolby Atmos, 2 USB-A port, 1 USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, 2 Surface Connect ports, and a full-size SDXC card reader.  The new Surface Book  is due out on May 21st and starts at $1,600.  

After quite the delay, the Microsoft Surface Earbuds are finally here and now w/ a cheaper price tag.  Previously, they were $250 and revealed back in October.  For a recap, they offer IPX4 water-resistance, 13.6mm drivers, dual mics on each earbud, 8-hours of battery life + charging case that caps off at 24-hours of juice, fast charging w/ a 10-minute charge giving you an hour of juice, the ability to tap into your favorite playlist or podcast w/ Spotify integration for Android users, and let your voice do the typing with dictation in Microsoft 365 apps. They’re now priced at $200 and due out on May 12th. 

And last but not least, the new-and-improved Surface Headphones 2.  So it keeps the same design w/ their touchpad + wheel navigation, 40mm drivers, has dual mics for phone calls, offers support for Bluetooth aptX, now has 13-levels of ANC and up to 20-hour battery life that can charge fully in under 2 hours. The Surface Headphones 2 are due out May 12th for $250.
