While we’re still waiting for the Pixel 4a, Google is ready to get us excited about what else they’re working on from home. Two nights ago, the interwebs spotted a new device passing through FCC certification and last night, Google made their upcoming Nest speaker official.
They sent out a photo & a short video out to show off a new speaker that looks like a vertically-standing router that’s covered in fabric. It looks to sit in between their Nest Mini and their bigger Google Home Max. The teaser shows off a few color options of Blue, Grey, & Pink.
I’m curious to see if this offers a larger 360-degree sound as I would presume that this is the replacement to the OG Google Home. Hopefully, we’ll get some more information on it as we get closer to the fall.
Whatever the case, what do you think of this potential Google Home update?
