So for the many of you wondering where the hell is the Google Pixel 4a? You’re not alone. This morning, Google teased the official image of the device on their Google Store Canada website.
Of course, Google has since pulled the image but you can consider this an official tease as it will hopefully arrive soon. The image seen above confirms what we already knew about it. Armed w/ a rear fingerprint sensor in an all-Black color option w/ a Green Power button.
As far as the specs we’re expecting a 5.8inch display w/ 2340 x 1080 resolution, running Snapdragon 730 CPU, 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of storage, a rear-facing 12MP camera w/ OIS + EIS, a hole punch selfie camera on the front, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 3080 mAh battery.
We were originally expecting it around early May for Google I/O but the current pandemic changed things and the release date has been pushed back to God knows when. The more interesting thing is that we’re not expecting 4a XL but could get a 4a 5G model though. Hopefully this tease means that it officially coming soon.
