Well, after lots of hype, leaks, & teasing, OnePlus officially unveiled their new powerful budget smartphone: the Nord.  We’ve known about it for a while now and it is now here and going on sale in Europe & India on August 4th.  However, a version of the Nord is coming to the US but not details on exactly when.  Probably close to when Google unveils the Pixel 5.

As far as the official specs, the Nord offers a 6.4inch FHD AMOLED display w/ 90Hz refresh rate, powered by a Snapdragon 765G CPU, up to 12GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage, a quad-camera setup on the rear w/ a f/1.7 48MP main w/ OIS + EIS/8MP ultra-wide/5MP depth/2MP macro, dual selfie cameras on the front w/ a 32MP main sensor/8MP wide-angle, Bluetooth 5.1, a 4115 mAh battery w/ 30W Warp Charge, 5G speeds, and running Android 10 w/ Oxygen OS w/ Google gesture navigation, Digital Wellbeing, & more.

The 8GB-128GB model is priced at 379 GBP, 399 Euros, and 27999 INR. The 12GB-256GB model will see prices of 469 GBP, 499 Euros, and 29999 INR. India also has a 6GB-64GB variant in Gray Onyx that will cost 24999 INR in early September.

That’s not all OnePlus dropped today.  They also unveiled their new earbuds called the OnePlus Buds.  They have 13.4mm dynamic drivers w/ Bass Boost & Dolby Atmos support, 3 mics in each bud, support for Google’s Fast Pair + Bluetooth 5.0 that you can pair in less than 10 seconds, IPX4 water-resistance, and it even has in-ear detection.

The OnePlus Buds are due out on July 27th in White and the Gray + Black pair drops in early August.  No word on availability on the Blue pair.  All for this for only $79.

Not bad, OnePlus.  Not bad at all.
