Samsung’s latest high-end ‘budget’ Galaxy device is making its way to Verizon to take advantage of their blazing 5G speeds. We’re specifically talking about the Galaxy A71 5G UW as it is set to arrive next week.
The Galaxy A71 offers a 6.7inch OLED display, Snapdragon 765 5G CPU, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a quad-camera setup on the rear (comprising of a 64MP main, 12MP wide, 5MP macro, & a 5MP depth sensor), a 32MP selfie camera, and a 4500 mAh battery w/ 25W fast-charging. It also has Samsung’s Scene Optimizer that automatically adjust settings like exposure + contrast for photography.
Verizon can pull off the fastest form of 5G at over 1Gbps but limited areas of service though. The A71 is due to drop on July 16th as pre-orders kick off on July 9th for $649 or can be had for $27.08/mo for 24 months. This will join the likes of the Galaxy S20 lineup & the OnePlus 8 5G.
