With plenty of smartphones on the way, looks like Google’s budget-friendly A line won’t be delayed like it was last year.  We’re already getting our 1st look at the Pixel 5a and since the Pixel 5 wasn’t really a premium device, the Pixel 5a will be pretty much identical to it – more or less.

BTW, the images above along w/ the info is courtesy of Onleaks over the Voice platform.  His sources cite a 6.2inch OLED FHD+ display w/ thin bezels, a plastic body, dual rear cameras, a hole punch selfie camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, and a rear fingerprint reader.  So it shaping up to more like the Pixel 4a 5G which is essentially a larger Pixel 5 w/ a headphone jack + larger battery.

Google threw everyone for a loop last year w/ their 202 Pixel lineup.  Not necessarily the entire line but their flagship or what was supposed to be their flagship model.  Just as long as the price is right, this should sell well.  I’m just hoping for the Pixel line to go back premium or at least offer an XL version for 2021.
