Yesterday, Apple announced its Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) for 2021, and like last year – it will be virtual. It’s happening from June 7th to the 11th and like last year it will be free for all who register.

We’re usually privy to the latest updates in Apple software like iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, watchOS, & more. Last year, we got the official unveiling of their ARM-based M1 CPUs as this year’ we’re expecting the next-generation of them w/ the M1X CPUs or whatever they wind up being called.

However this year w/ the invite above, many are speculating that we’re gonna get a tease of Apple’s upcoming AR/VR headset but I’m thinking it’s more software-based addition to iOS + iPadOS. My guess is Apple is at least a year away from unveiling it but what do I know?

There is a Swift Student Challenge happening this year as well for developers 13 years or older along w/ the many other developer sessions Apple will be holding. So are you looking forward to anything interesting coming to their software updates or looking for a particular Apple computer to get some M1 action?
