We had the Apple’s big software update announcements earlier this week and iOS 15 had some interesting new treats to go come along w/ it. Thanks to a great creator on YouTube Mark Linsangan there’s a way to get try it out for free and in under 60 seconds to set it up.
While you would usually need to be an Apple developer or pay the $99 for a developer account, not the case for this workaround.
- Instead you would just head over to betaprofiles.com on Safari
- Scroll down to where you see iOS Beta Profile for iOS 15.0
- Hit ‘Install Profile’ & read the prompt and hit ‘Install Anyways! A prompt will pop up and you’ll hit ‘Allow’ to start the profile download.
- From there, go to Settings > Install Profile > Hit Restart > Software Update > Download & Install iOS 15 Developer Beta. And that’s it!
Just make sure you backup your phone and try not to install in on your only or main phone as betas can be buggy or bad depending on the device. If this all sounds a bit too risky for you, just wait until sometime next month for the official & free Public Beta from Apple themselves.
