Apple kicked off their iPhone 13 event with… you guessed it  – iPads.  Kicking things off is a revamp of the entry-level iPad.  At 1st glance, it may seem like just a spec bump but there is a little bit more new than just that.

So you got the new A13 Bionic CPU, running iPad OS 15, base storage option goes up to 64GB, a new 12MP selfie camera w/ Center Stage feature that tracks/follows you for video chats, and the added TrueTone feature on their 10.2inch display.  Outside of that its the same old, same old.  Same Home button, same thick bezels, and the same Lightning port.

This will work w/ the 1st-gen Apple Pencil & Smart Keyboard BTW in case you want to rock only Apple accessories.  Pre-orders kick off today and will be available next week starting at $329.
