Earlier this morning, T-Mobile had another Uncarrier event to make the carrier stand out more against the competition.  This time around, this is more focused for travel in several features.  This new initiative is called Coverage Beyond that will add more to their current programs like T-Mobile Tuesdays, T-Mobile Travel, & more.

Kicking things off is a new addition to their T-Mobile Tuesday program.  They will add a $0.25 per gallon discount from Shell gas stations as its good for up to 20 gallons.  This promo is good from June 21st to Labor Day.

T-Mo partnered w/ AAA for a free basic membership as well.  This will include 24-hour roadside assistance, towing, flat tire service, battery service, locksmith, & discounts.  However, you’ll need to be a Magenta or a Magenta Max customer to take advantage of this though.

T-Mo is also teaming up w/ Priceline for a dedicated T-Mobile Travel site to get discounted vacation packages up to 40% off.

If you’re flying via Alaska, American, or Delta flights, you’ll be able to enjoy in-flight connections, unlimited in-flight texting as well as streaming for services like YouTube TV, Netflix, & Paramount +.  Magenta customers will get entire flight connections on 4 flights per year.

And last but not least, T-Mo is upping the ante for international data.  You’ll get 5GB of high-speed data each month.  For Magenta customers, you’ll get it in only 11 European countries like Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania & Slovakia.  While Magenta Max customers, will able to enjoy it in over 210 countries/destinations.  After you go over that 5GB, you’ll get a slight bump in roaming speeds.  Going from 128kbps up to 256kbps.

Just about everything kicks off next week on June 21st as you’ll need the T-Mo Tuesday app for the AAA membership.  So which feature are you looking forward to taking advantage of ?
