Earlier this morning, Verizon unveiled their new at home Internet service initiative w/ their new Home Internet Plans starting as low as $25 per month. Now these are broken down into 3 different internet plans of 5G Home Internet, FiOS, & LTE Home. Let’s dive into it all for you below.
Now back to the the actual plan. Verizon says no hidden fees, no annual contracts, extra charges, or data caps. The $25 monthly fee offers 300Mbps speeds on FiOS while the LTE Home speeds are around 25-50Mbps, and lastly the 5G Home which depends on your location and reviews have shown the speeds to be really low.
Now the low price of $25 a month comes w/ an asterisk, of course. So in order to get that $25 per month which is 50% off the regular price, you’ll need to be on a premium 5G mobile plan (which Verizon says it has to be either a 5G Do More, 5G Play More, or 5G Get More plan) and on auto-pay.
