Yesterday, Kia teased its new Telluride coming up on the horizon with 2 images of the new vehicle. This will be the company’s 2nd-generation 3-row, mid-sized SUV, which is set to be unveiled on November 20th at the L.A. Auto Show. And like damn-near every Kia model, it’s getting a redesign.

The 2027 Kia Telluride appears to have borrowed the boxy exterior from the recently redesigned Sorrento, but we anticipate it to be slightly taller, wider, and overall larger than its predecessor. The top shot shows off dual sunroofs and roof rails for another X-Pro off-road option. We anticipate it will share the same engine options as the Hyundai Palisade, with a 3.5-liter V6 capable of 287hp and 260 lb-ft of torque, and a hybrid 2.5-liter 4-cylinder with 2 electric motors for a combined 329hp and 339 lb-ft of torque. I think it’s safe to expect the Telluride in both 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive options as well.

The Kia Telluride is on my list as the next vehicle to purchase, but depending on what comes with the newer 2027 model, I may have to wait a bit longer until it’s available. Kia will livestream the full details on the 2027 Telluride online on its own website, X, and YouTube at 12 PM ET/9 AM PT. I’ll have my calendar marked for then. How about you?
