In honor of the Super Mario Galaxy movie, which has been out in theaters since last week and is doing well at the box office thus far, Nintendo revealed a new limited-time offer featuring the Nintendo Switch 2 and the Super Mario Galaxy + Super Mario Galaxy 2 games. While the games won’t arrive for free, but at a discount.

Starting on April 12 and running through May 9, Nintendo is shaving $20 off when you buy the company’s latest console with the digital or physical version of the game at select retailers, such as Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Target, and Walmart. In the first, you travel the stars with the Lumas, and in the sequel, Yoshi joins the fun.

Since there’s currently no official Switch 2 edition of the Mario Galaxy titles, this would arrive in the form of a free update for the Switch 2 and provide better resolution with UI, extra gaming chapters, a new Assist mode, and more. If you haven’t picked up the Switch 2 yet, this would be the perfect time to grab one and save on two games with it as well. So mark your calendars for next week to pick one up.
