As the rumors about a new feature coming to Google’s upcoming Pixel phones circulated, the company just confirmed them. Thanks to a short teaser video released yesterday on its newest landing page on the Google Store.
There, we see one of the Pixel 11 phones in a breathtaking gold finish and the new Pixel Glow feature. What was once reported to be a glowing light surrounding the entire camera bar turns out to be a color-shifting orb. The orb appears to offer a full range of colors, potentially showcasing Gemini thinking, color-coded notifications, and doubling as a camera flash.
The company’s Made By Google event is happening on August 12, where we expect to see Google’s Pixel 11 lineup. The phones are rumored to arrive in awesome new colors, and unfortunately, they will also get a little more expensive. Thankfully, we’re only a few short weeks away, so the wait won’t be long.
