Yesterday, we got word that Nintendo will be capitalizing on the success of the Switch console by making more versions of it. The folks over at the Wall Street Journal stated in a report that we could see them in a few short months in the summer.
By more versions they mean 2 more w/ a cheaper model and a more high-end model. The cheaper model would offer a more 3DS look as it won’t offer detachable Joy-Con controllers. In regards to the more high-end model, it is said to offer more enhanced features that would be more than improved internals + faster performance. Outside of that, not much else is known about that particular model.
More will be revealed in a short amount of time as WSJ says they will be announced officially at E3 this year. June is only a few short months away so we may hear about more details via leaks as we get closer to it.
