Now that the Pixel 4a is now official, Google let us know about their official plans for the fall as well.   They teased the arrival of the Pixel 4a 5G and the Pixel 5 both coming sometime in the fall.  As you can tell from the image above & one of the names, both devices will support 5G.

It sounds like Google made the 4a XL the Pixel 4a 5G.  It will be just as big as the Pixel 5.  We assume both devices will run Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765 5G chipset to give them 5G speeds.  Google says the 4a 5G will cost $499 but didn’t confirm the Pixel 5 pricing.  Rumors have it as $699 though.  Both devices will be available in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Japan, Taiwan and Australia.

Will this bit of news keep you from picking up the 4a and waiting for 4a 5G or the 5?  Either way, Google wants to give you Pixel options.
