Apparently, Apple isn’t letting its foot off of the gas. After announcing its ‘Welcome Home’ event yesterday for upcoming smart home products, a new report from Bloomberg suggests one more hardware-based Apple event is coming for the month of October.

The event is reportedly happening on or around October 27th. This would be to unveil its new touchscreen MacBook Pro and updated iPad mini, both rumored to have OLED screens.

The new MacBooks are slated to be more lightweight than the current iterations and utilize the iPhone’s Dynamic Island cutout. The event would also bring forth refreshed MacBook Pro models updated with Apple’s latest M6 processor.

The company’s smallest tablet hasn’t been updated for two years, as it’s long overdue. The new iPad mini is said to offer a better display but could retain its 60 Hz refresh rate, unfortunately.
