The new design will be coming to Android devices running 1.6 or higher over the next two weeks users can expect the update to roll out via OTA. The new Market offers a carousel display of featured apps along with adding Widgets and Live Wallpaper categories to the menu and will offer refunds for apps within 15 minutes.
