Now that almost all of the carrier’s Moto X got the KitKat treatment, apparently its time for the line of devices to get it. Somewhat on schedule, its time for the Google Play Edition to get Android 4.4 – namely the HTC One GPE. The big 320MB update will call for Wi-Fi to grab it OTA to bring more Google Now and big icons into your life. I can imagine the Samsung GS4 GPE can’t be too far behind.

Announced on Google+, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition now gets the Android 4.4 KitKat treatment now.
