Earlier this evening, Google announced the arrival of the Developer Preview of Android 7.1.1 for the Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, and the Pixel C. Makes for an interesting time for Android users as the new Pixels become available for Verizon tomorrow. Well, Google said it would arrive before the end of October as they have met their timeframe.

Unfortunately, you won’t get the power of Google Assistant or the Night Light option but you will get everything else. Like the rounded icons, launcher shortcuts (or Google’s 3D Touch), Moves features, Smartburst, and the new Google Support feature.
The easiest way to grab the update is to do it via the Android Beta Program where Google will send the update to your device OTA.
