AT&T yesterday announced its expansion to its mobile computer lineup along with new Pay-As-You-Go plan. Along with the new data plans, AT&T unveiled three new notebook/netbooks. The Pay-As-You-Go plans are broken down as a daily, weekly, and monthly pass. The monthly rates are:
- DataConnect Day Pass (100 MB) – $15
- DataConnect Week Pass (300 MB) – $30
- DataConnect Month Pass (1GB) – $50
As far as the three new mobile computers go, first we have the Acer Aspire AS1830 Notebook. It is equipped with the Intel dual-core i3 processor, 2Gb of RAM, 250GB HD, 11.6inch HD screen, 6hrs battery life, 1.3MP webcam, running Windows 7 Home Premium and will cost $239.99 w/ a new two year contract. Next we have the Acer Aspire One 532H Netbook, its packed with an Intel N450 Atom processor, 10.1inch screen, 4hr battery life, running Windows 7 Starter, and priced at $39.99 w/ a new two year contract. And finally we have the Dell Inspiron Mini 10D Netbook, it is packed with an Intel N450 Atom processor, 1GB of RAM, 250GB HD, 10.1inch HD screen, 1,3MP webcam, 8hr battery life, running Windows 7 Starter and is priced at $39.99 w/ a new two year contract.
