This marks the EVO as the first commercial Android device to receive the Android 2.2 update to date. While the EVO already has the 3G Mobile Hotspot ability, there’s still more features left to bring to the Sprint’s top Android device. EVO’s 2.2 updates are listed below:
• Voice Dialing Over Bluetooth
• Improved Browser Performance from JavaScript engine
• Flash 10 Support
• Camera 4-way rotation allows camera icons to rotate in camera mode
• Expanded Storage
The update will begin rolling out to EVO users on August 3rd via OTA. And you thought the EVO couldn’t get any better?
