Google is working on a Linux-based, open source OS, initially targeted to netbooks set to be available the 2nd half of 2010. All web-based apps will automatically work along with any new ones also will be able to work with the other OSs (Windows, Mac, Linux) as well. The designing of the OS’s security makes viruses, malware, & security updates a thing of the past. Oh yeah, did we mention that it would be free? Nice one Google.
