AT&T has given all those who bought the iPhone early a break. For anyone who purchased it between July and Sept of 2008 can upgrade to the iPhone 3GS for new price of $199/16GB & $299/32GB. Everyone after that timeframe is screwed. Eligible customers can upgrade starting June 18th. Good to see a carrier to take the time out and listen to their customers for a change.
