For those of you who’ve been waiting for the official Night Sight mode for the Pixel smartphones, today is your day. Google announced that the final version of the feature would begin rolling out this week to Google Pixel owners.

That’s right! Not just those who own the Pixel 3 or Pixel 3XL but all 3 generations of the Google Pixel. However, the new camera mode will work the best on the 3/3 XL. The Pixel & Pixel 2 will rely on shorter exposures due to not having any OIS on board.
The Pixel 3/3 XL is already a great camera in daylight or low-light but now it can practically see in the dark. If you haven’t done so, check out our take on the early beta version of Night Sight in the video above.
