Last time we spoke about Apple’s upcoming iRadio music service, they were pending on deals from the major music labels.  It looks like Apple just got a little bit closer to sealing the deal.  According to CNET, they just reached an official agreement with Warner Music Group for their streaming radio service.

Apple’s iRadio may just make it in time for June 10th

This move could help Apple meet its deadline to announce the service later this month.  The NY Times also confirmed this timetable with sources.   Having already secured a deal with Universal Music Group, its all up to Sony Music Entertainment to finalize terms with Apple and they will be all set.  They have until before June 10th as that’s when Apple WWDC kicks off.  Are you guys ready for Apple’s take music streaming radio service?

Update:

AllThingsD just confirmed Apple has just sealed the deal with Sony, locking in all three major music labels  So we can expect iRadio to be officially announced next week.  Looks like iOS 7 is shaping up to be the big change other & I have been waiting for.
