Today is the day for those of you looking for a more Nexus-like software experience for your Android device. This afternoon, Google announced an update for its Google Now Launcher app. The new update opens up the launcher to all Android devices running v4.1 or higher.
The launcher offers larger icons along w/ a Google Now page to the left of your homescreen. Previously, it was only available on Nexus devices when it originally launched on the Nexus 5. Before you had to sideload it get it on desired devices and now no more. This is my personal launcher of choice as I put it on all of my Android devices.
