Android Wear live
Google wanted to make sure that Apple didn’t steal all of the smartwatch thunder.  It has been pretty quiet on the Android Wear front in regards adding new features to the wearables.  Apparently, they have been hard at work cooking up something new.

According to the folks over at The Verge, Google is prepping a big update for Android Wear coming in the near future.  For starters we have the addition to Wi-Fi support which would allow notifications and such to be pushed via Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth.  BTW, most AW wearables have the hardware inside to support but just not in use.

Smaller updates to come along w/ the bigger ones would include gesture support.  This would allow scrolling of notifications/alerts by flicking your wrist along w/ other gestures.  And lastly, we can expect some changes to the UI and some other tweaks.

I don’t use my Moto 360 as often due to the battery life but I am looking forward to these updates.  What feature are you looking forward to the most?
