While the excitement for Tesla’s Model X is building w/ the latest news, now we have more details on the one car the rest of us are waiting for: the Model 3. Namely the pricing & pre-order info on the more affordable vehicle.

While we didn’t get an official announcement or press release about it, Tesla’s CEO took to Twitter to reveal more about it. So everything about the Model 3 will become officially announced/unveiled in March of 2016 and begin taking pre-orders that month as well. He also quoted the official pricing starting at $35,000.
Tesla needs to finish their Gigafactory in for production of the entry-level electric vehicle. The prodcution schedule is cureently set for late 2017. So there you have it, you have some time to get your $$$ right for the more affordable Tesla on the way.
