xbox one sAnnounced back in June at E3, Microsoft announced their new gaming feature which allows the Xbox & PC to play hand-in-hand called Xbox Play Anywhere.  It will allow you to buy a game digitally on the Xbox One and get the PC version for free.  It will support game saves & achievements to work hand-in-hand w/ each other.

According to the folks over at Polygon, we now know that it will go live on September 13th.  This will work thanks to the upcoming Windows 10 Anniversary update along w/ a new summer update coming to the Xbox One.

Only newer games will support Play Anywhere like ReCode, Forza Horizon 3, Gears Of War 4, and Halo Wars 2 to name a few.  So who’s looking forward to taking advantage of this?
