Engadget also got a hold of the specs on the Nexus One. So far it’s looking like confirmed as having a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 3.7 inch touch screen, T-Mobile 3G, 5MP camera w/auto-focus+LED flash, 512MB RAM, and 4GB MicroSD card included. We shall see as January 5th approaches if an actual release will be announced.
