Ever wanted to do more with the photos captured on your smartphone?  Know of a few apps but looking for more to step up your creativity but seeking more tools to take them to the next level.   We here at TechGuySmartBuy have got you covered.   Below are a few apps to help you do just that and we decided to start this off with Android devices.  Keep in mind, some are free and some are paid apps but are here as tools to tap into your creative side.   Last week we covered iOS apps and now its Android’s turn.

This app offers a wide variety of features for all or most of your photo manipulation needs.  Camera 360 Ultimate provides several effects & night enhancement features, HDR mode, tilt/color-shift abilities, sharing options, and themes for your photos.   With this many options, your only limit is your own creativity.

Color Touch Effects is an app that focuses on color manipulation with the some added features as well.  With this one you can recolor entire photos or just a desired area of the photo, add caption, and effects like blur, sepia, etc.   You have the option to save your finished work to your Gallery and sharing to Facebook, text, & email.

For those you who may have an older Android device or looking for more options for that HDR shot, this app is for you.   HDR Camera allows you take high-quality photos in HDR along with controlling the contrast, exposure, color-vividness, and more.   Definitely helps your mobile photos look more polished.

This takes a little of almost everything in regards to photo manipulation into one app.   With PicsArt, you are armed with a laundry list of effects (from Comic to HDR to Red-Eye Removal to Old Paper, etc.) , cropping, text, filters, frames, and the ability to draw over photos from your gallery & from Facebook.   You may need not need the other apps on this list with PicsArt.

Vignette is an improved version of an default camera app as it allows a little more functionality.  Capable of a 10X digital zoom, self-timer, burst mode, rule-of-thirds guide (grid), tilt-shift, double exposure effects, and over 76 filters to make the photo even more unique.   You get full access to all of the filters on the paid version of course.

Those are just a few that we have compiled.   If there are other apps that you may feel should be added, hit us up in the comments and we will update it.
