Among the many things Samsung announced at IFA today was the long-awaited Galaxy Note II. The new Note smartphone looks to update itself by borrowing cues from the Galaxy S III and the Galaxy Note 10.1. The Note II now offers a 5.5inch HD Super AMOLED display w. 1280 x 720 resolution, running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean w/ TouchWiz Nature UX, powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Exynos processor, 2GB of RAM, dual cameras (1.9MP in front + 8Mp on the rear), choice of 16GB or 32GB of storage, dual cameras (1.9Mp in front + 8MP auto-focus on the rear), NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, works with both HSPA+ & LTE, a redesigned S-Pen, new pressure points seen on the Note 10.1, and a massive 3100 mAh battery.

No mention on pricing as overseas will get it in October while here in the US will get it sometime shortly afterwards. We loved the original Note smartphone, this looks to be even better. Anyone plans on getting one?
