The Wi-Fi 16GB model starts at $329, 32GB for $429, and a 64GB for $529. The LTE 16GB model starts at $459, the 32GB starts at $559, and the 64GB for $659. The Wi-Fi models are coming November 2nd with pre-orders starting on Friday. Apple will provide Smart Covers for the mini. Consider this the iPad 2 replacement.
