Motorola & Verizon got together last month to unveil its new line of RAZR-branded Android devices to the tech media & the world.   Thus far, only the Droid RAZR M has been released and it is a damn fine phone if I say so myself.   Today we received launch details on the rest of the family: the Razr HD and the RAZR HD Maxx.  Both devices will become available on October 18th online and at your local Verizon retailer.

The RAZR HD offers a 4.7inch Super AMOLED HD display, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, 8MP shooter, and a 2500 mAh battery with a $199 price tag on contract.    While the RAZR HD Maxx offer the same but 32GB of storage, & a 3200 mAh battery for $299.99.  Both devices will ship running Android 4.0 ICS but will get updated to Jelly Bean sometime in the near future.  Anyone who’s been waiting for either of these, you wait will soon be over.
