Announced today at CES, Consumer Electronic Show, T-Mobile will offer a great deal to potential 4G customers.  T-Mobile’s most popular Unlimited Nationwide 4G Data Plan will be available starting today contract free.  No annual contract is necessary to use their 4G which can hopefully change the game for Data Plans.

As of this news other carriers will either need to fall in, or watch as T-Mobile turn loyal customers away.  I feel as long as they do not throttle their usage, T-Mo can definitely have a winner on their hands.  Let’s not forget they were the first to offer unlimited talk and text which drove other carriers to offer the same.  John Legere, CEO and President of T-Mobile USA says, “As the ‘Uncarrier,’ we’re doing the unthinkable. We’re directly confronting the frustrations of American consumers fed up with the cost , complexity and congested networks of our competitors. What this means is simply T-Mobile customers are going to be able to enjoy everything a 4G smartphone is actually designed to do without limits and without a term contract.”

The Unlimited Nationwide Plan was put in to play in September and I am sure customers have not looked back.  Also with all the specials on 4G phones like the Samsung Galaxy series and the hopeful release of the iPhone this year, T-Mobile may be able to turn things around in 2013. The new contract free Unlimited 4G Data Plan will start at $70 a month at your local T-Mobile dealer and online.
