As we mentioned back in March, Google Now for iOS has finally made its way to the iOS App Store but not how you may think.  Instead of being a standalone app to directly compete with Siri, it is stuck inside of the Google Search App.  The app brings over around most of the card support to iOS but since its inside of another app, you won’t have access to system-wide notifications.  Still its the closest thing to a REAL virtual assistant since no one uses Siri anymore.

Google Now works for both your iPhone and iPad as it is also rumored to make its way to desktops in the near future.

Download it or update the app here.
