Looks like someone spilled the beans on when we can expect to see BlackBerry Messenger land on other platforms.  According to the Twitter account of T-Mobile UK, interested consumers + enterprise users will be able to start chatting it up on June 27th.  That’s not really far-fetched as BlackBerry announced the once-popular instant messaging service would go multi-platform sometime this summer. Now with Chat Heads from Facebook and Hangouts from Google, this move may just be too little, too late.   But I could be wrong.

Anyone looking forward to using BBM on their Android or iOS device?

Update:
The Twitter post has been deleted and Crackberry has received confirmation from BlackBerry directly to say this:
On May 14th, BlackBerry announced plans to make its ground-breaking mobile social network, BlackBerry Messenger (BBM), available to iOS and Android users this summer, subject to approval by the Apple App Store and Google Play.  While there have been reports that BBM will be available to iOS and Android on June 27th, this is not accurate. We will communicate an update as soon as we have an availability date to share.
So not yet but its still coming.
