Also along with the expected arrivals of Android 4.3 & the new Nexus 7 tablet, they snuck in a new product in the mix of things.  Introducing the Chromecast: Google’s new way to stream content from your Android, iOS, or Windows Phone device – straight to your TV.  Its a $35 HDMI dongle that mirrors content from your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Chromecast allows you to use your smartphone, tablet, or computer as a remote.

The Chromecast runs a simplified version of Chrome as it is powered via USB power cable and it support Wi-Fi b/g/n.  At launch, the new dongle will support Netflix, YouTube, Pandora, & Google Play Movies streaming as more app support is expected to come later.  I already ordered mines as they scheduled to begin shipping out next week.  As an added bonus those who buy one get three months of Netflix for free. Nice touch, Google.
