While every carrier announced availability and support of the recently unveiled Moto X, all but one remained silent on the matter: T-Mobile.  Now we know why.  Ina Fried over at AllThingsD reached out to T-Mo’s head of marketing for more info on why they were mute about it.

Don’t worry the Moto X is compatible w/ T-Mo’s 4G LTE network but at launch,  subscribers will have to order their directly through Motorola.  So you won’t see any devices in any T-Mo stores at first.  They are however working with the Google company to offer a better experience.  Or perhaps they are waiting for AT&T’s Moto X customization exclusivity to end (which should be a short one).  Hopefully, they can get a handle on it before Motorola unveils the next line of Moto X devices.
