Just as Fitbit unveiled the Force, its now Nike’s turn to upgrade their piece of wearable tech.  Introducing the Fuelband SE, offering more features, colors options, and a more durable build.  Nike unveiled their latest piece of fitness wristband this morning at an event in NYC.

Sorry, still no Android or Windows Phone support for the new FuelBand.

The new-and-improved FuelBand now more water-resistant and utilizes Bluetooth 4.0 LE.  As you can see from the main image, Nike’s latest wristband will arrive in new colors of: Volt, Pink Foil or Total Crimson along w/ all-Black.  The band continues to use Fuel points as it can now track your movement data more accurately as well as being able to utilize Apple’s M7 coprocessor found inside of the iPhone 5S.  Now it is a lot harder to cheat the system.

You can now track your friends to see what exercises they are doing as well as track an entire team’s workout w/ the new Groups feature.  No real huge changes but I’m sure they will sell.  The new Nike+ Fuelband SE will launch on November 6th for $149 as pre-orders start today here.
