Later last night, Fuji unveiled their newest mirrorless camera to be welcomed to the X-line family.  The new X-T1 retains the retro look shared by the rest of the X-line of shooters.  This thing has a weather-sealed body that when used w/ a weather-resistant lens, it can hold its own against dust, water, and is freeze-proof up to 14 degrees.  Sporting a 16.3MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS II sensor, 3inch tilting LCD display covered in tempered glass, a new UI, and a 2.36 million-dot OLED viewfinder.

The X-T1 is powered by an EXR processor that helps it start up in one half of a second, gives it a 0.05 shutter lag, 8fps burst mode, and a tracking autofocus.  The super-tough X-T1 also supports the new, faster SDXC UHS-II card along w/ Wi-Fi support that works hand-in-hand w/ the Fuji Camera Remote app.

Interested consumers can looks out for the camera next month where Fujifilm shooters are sold.  The body only will sell for $1,299 and the X-T1 w/ the 18-55mm f/2.8-4 kit lens will cost you $1,699.
