Motorola has been doing quite well w/ the Moto X as they have been holding several sales that have sold out in a matter of minutes. The sale price was usually $350 off contract as they have now officially changed it to that for the new year. This puts it in direct competition w/ the Nexus 5 from a price point perspective. Giving everyone on AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, & Verizon access to MotoMaker and the recently announced Bamboo back covers for an additional $100. Making it definitely the time to pick one up as a backup or spare Android device.
