We’re back w/ more details on Google’s forthcoming smartwatch thanks to Evleaks & CNET. According to their sources, the wearable is said to be part of their Nexus line as Google will be working LG again as the manufacturer of choice to build it. The Nexus smartwatch will be powered by Google Now at the core.

We can finally expect an official announcement sometime in March and will officially launch in June during this year’s Google I/O. While Google’s entry might offer one of the best OS-based features as the smartwatch space is about to get severely crowded this year. Looks like Google finally fixed their power consumption problems and are ready to roll.
