The folks over at 9to5Mac had more than one exclusive they were sitting on. We knew that Apple’s 1st piece of wearable tech would be available sometime in 2015. And that it is here, we now have an even better idea of when you guys can pick one up.
According Mark Gurman’s scoop, Apple employees will start retail training during mid-February and then a full-scale launch in March. Apple is putting the finishing touches on the software side of things like optimizing inductive charging + looking to improve battery life. Worst-case scenario is that it launches sometime late-March as the company wants to make sure it hits the early 2015 timeframe they previously quoted.
With the variety of sizes, styles, + price points out there, I hope everyone looking to pick up that 1st batch has their $$$ ready. They are gonna sellout quickly.
