While its been pretty quiet about Tag Heuer’s Android Wear watch since being announced last month during Basel World. But thanks to the folks over at Bloomberg, we got a bit more details on what to expect from the 1st smartwatch from a big Swiss watchmaker.
It will still be cheaper than the starting price of the Apple Watch Edition.
The price tag is already reported to coincide w/ the Tag Heuer brand as it is expected to cost around $1,400. TH already sells a timepiece w/ their Carrera line that starts at $1,500. Their smartwatch will actually be modeled after it in regards to the looks. It is also said to offer 40-hours of battery life on a single charge. Giving you almost 2-day of juice and outlasting every smartwatch on the market, minus the Pebble.
It is expected to launch this fall in October or November w/ intel providing the CPUs + sensors. Would you be interested in an premium piece of Android Wear?
