iPhone 6 shells
We already know by Apple’s track pattern that a new pair (or trio) of iPhones are set set to debut and launch later this year.  This is already rumblings of a plastic iPhone 6c in the mix alongside their new S-line of devices.    We can expect faster internals along w/ maybe one or two standout features not on the any of the iPhone 6 devices already, we don’t really have much to expect.

An analyst over at KGI Securities suggest several new treats arriving to the S-line.  We discussed it before but it seems like Force Touch will definitely be arriving to the 2015 iPhones.  This will offer a better experience adding more input methods & handwritten signatures as well as other things developers can make it do.  There is talk of there not being a 4inch model so that could mean we may or may not see one this year.  As usual expect the same 4.7inch & 5.5inch displays w/ the same resolution.  There was talks of there being a Pink color option as that may have been construed as they’re now talking about a Rose Gold color option coming this year.   Of course to match the Rose Gold colored Apple Watch.

Now for the internals.  Apple looks to upgrade its processor to the A9 CPU w/ 2GB of RAM.  They look to prevent the small cases of bendgate this time around by utilizing different casing materials and changes to their internal design.  We may finally get that camera upgrade we’ve been asking for.  Jumping from 8MP to 12MP shooter.  No word on whether or not it will offer 4K video or not.  Apple may do it or just wait one more year to throw their hat in to the 4K arena.  Look for an additional mic to be added to better enhance voice quality.  We might get some form of gesture control support on-board.  And Touch ID will get even better w/ a faster recognition rate to continue to boost Apple Pay.

There’s even a possibility that the 5,5inch models may even get sapphire displays if all goes well.  These are some pretty interesting bits of info as this could possibly come into fruition.  Anything about these tidbits getting you excited for what’s to come?
