Welcome to the Weekend Stream. These are our picks for your streaming entertainment for the weekend.

I know, I know.  Its been a while.  Its been literally over a month since our last Weekend Stream but we're back in full force.  While we don't have a music playlist for you guys as we're looking finally stop using SoundCloud and move to something to offer more flexibility and options.   Hopefully, Google Music will allow embedding of playlists sometime int he near future.  So we can offer truer playlists for you guys.  

Apple kicked off the week w/ WWDC and offered a lot more to get excited over that Google did w/ I/O last week.  We reviewed the upcoming Plantronics modular & upgradeable gaming headset w/ the RIG 500E as well as the BlackBerry Classic.  Also Sony added 4K to 3 of their cameras, BlackBerry might unveil an Android device, a possibility of better FaceTime camera for future iPhones, and Google announces Twitch competitor w/ YouTube Gaming.  Now onto what you came here for.  



Justice League: Gods & Monsters Chronicles

 Think you know the Justice League?  Think again.  DC decided to do a reimagining of what we know about it.  Think of DC's Elseworlds tales.  Superman isn't Kal-El but General Zod's son raised by a Spanish family in Mexico.  Batman isn't Bruce Wayne but Kirk Langstrom so think of Man-Bat as the Batman.  Wonder Woman isn’t Diana of Themyscira, but Bekka of the New Gods.  These are web series to prep you for the upcoming animated movie of the same name as It will be out on July 28th on Blu-Ray & DVD. 

Sense8 (Netflix)

A new show from the Wachowski siblings brings forth a new show which focuses on 8 people form across the globe called sensates who are able to to tap into each others memories, abilities, and more.  The lead is on Chicago, a transgender woman in San Francisco, an actor who's in the closet in Mexico, a female engineer in India, a criminal from Germany, a female DJ in London, a female executive/underground fighter in Japan, and a bus driver in Africa. This comes in handy when you need to fight your way out of a situation but don't know or drive, or lie, or create a bomb.  All makes for great TV and story.  

Orange Is The new Black (Netflix)

We're now ready for Season 3 of OINTB as it was released a few hours earlier than scheduled.  So that means everyone didn't have to wait until Friday to watch as Thursday night it was on.  I have yet to dive into as of yet but I'm sure Piper and the rest of the crew at Litchfield Correctional Facility deal w/ everyday prison life while reflecting on their lives before hand.  During season 2, Piper definitely got a lot less interesting as the rest of the cast got a whole lot more.
